Great store although customer service was terrible. No one seemed to want to help with material measuring etc.

The assistants do not give you a centimetre of fabric more than you asked for ---- even if there is only 10cm. left on the roll--terribly mean!! A very good selection of fabrics, curtains, bedding etc

Huge store and big range of arts and crafts products, sometimes some areas look a bit messy, specials are awesome have brought lots of wool here at a bargain

Such an amazing range of products. Love their clearance racks in the middle of each section, can always find a good bargain. Staff are also very helpful.

As a regular we are always greeted and made to feel welcome. Staff are often able to answer questions or can find someone to help.
