Nice store, lots of products stopped by during a sale so was able to pick up some things at a good price.

I am a regular customer and will continue to be a regular customer but find some of the staff incredibly rude at this store. My advice to other customers would be to check your receipt carefully and check that you've been given the amount of fabric that you paid for. Unfortunately errors have been made on numerous occasions and it pays to be vigilant.

There is generally a great range of material and yarn available here. The specials, especially on material, can be awesome. However, as a long time frequent customer, I have repeatedly found that the staff often know very little. I often ask questions and the staff have no answers. Sometimes the staff are down right rude. I've even been told they don't stock something that I then found on the shelf. I suggest that their staff are given some more support and training.

Huge store with great deals on net curtains. Did my whole house at a fraction of the cost. Really awesome staff - so impressed with their helpfulness and smiles.
