Last experience of this store in lincoln road was abysmal. specials were on and staff were so unhelpful it was bordering on rude. prices were nt advertised clearly I encountered only one person that smiled. and still did not give good customer service had to then ring complaints and then was told what I could complain about and what does not matter, naturally I asked for the manger and then it was sorted out. not good at all however on going back after complaints I encountered a different staff member fery helpful the stars are for her alone.

If you're a crafty person, sewer or just need new curtains, or bedding, this is the place to be. Affordable prices. Great service.

Went into the Whangarei store and found that staff could have been more helpful. Struggled to find what I needed after asking for help twice.

Staff are good at helping you find what you want. They have great wide range of things. This was a great place for me to get things for my 40th birthday because they had wide range of things I could use
