I am a regular customer to the albany branch and every time the staff barely manage a smile. Such a shame considering i have no choice but to use this store. Product wise is good.

I went and bought some curtains from here last week and the service was awesome. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I bought some curtains for my kitchen and for the lounge and the quality is great. The store is very big and spacious. Very easy to find items as the displays are very clear to read.

Pretty much a go-to for fabric supplies, craft supplies, gifts and decorations. They have a huge range.

Great shop for well priced craft products, however always takes quite a while just to purchase things as lines are long, and computers often broken.
