Good products with affordable prices. You can find whatever you are looking for in this store. The staff is very friendly.

Staff didn't know what i was talking about, but were lovely and helpful. They directed me to another shop that had what I needed. other than the one thing they have a great range and always have what I need.

I love the range at Spotlight but quite frankly don't rate the staff. They often seem far to busy to help, and when they do help they don't exactly come across as enjoying what they are doing. It would be nice to have a warm friendly greeting, for example. I think maybe they also don't know their products as well as they could, but given the large product selection I suppose that's inevitable.

Great store if you're looking for a wide range of items. They also stock a wide range of good quality brands. Their range of fabric is very large, but the prices have been found to be cheaper at other stores. You can often find good bargains/hidden gems in the clearance bins.
