Lovely experience here. The reception staff were very accomodating when we travelled through Rotorua and ended up deciding to stay here. They were very nice and allowed us a late checkout.

Loved our stay here. We requested a late checkout and they accommodated us with no extra charge. we arrived to a lovely warm room that was incredibly clean. Thank you!

We called in to check in earlier and Jason was accommodating to have it arranged. Accommodation was very clean and tidy even without any dust. All facilities are well kept although they are old. Jason even allowed later checkout due to us having a late night out. Recommend it for good value for money!
