This place was great when I ordered fish and chips for a group of us from here back in 2018. Unfortunately, the owners sold the business on and now the reputation has slid downhill. The food is not as good from reviews on Google. The cooking oil has been changed from cotton seed oil to canola oil, which is also a step down in quality. Can I recommend the store, sadly not under the new ownership. Money is before quality and this is a recipe for poor customer reviews and not repeat business. Can the old owners and their approach return to Queen Vic Chippy please. for the sake of customer satisfaction and award winning fish and chips.

A great place to get a feed. The fish n chips are amazing and great value for money. The Hawaiin burgers is my fav. Nice friendly staff and prompt service.
