the atmosphere was very nice until they got busy, then the standard seemed to go down. one of our meals needed to go back, but other than that this was a nice place to dine. the front of house staff made it enjoyable.

really neat place to dine, great service indeed by all. Good solid meals, not all flashy. Good value deals

Great place. The lamb shanks are very well done and the portions are very generous. The big fireplace in the bar is great for those cold winter nights to have a drink by. Only complaint is the cookie and ice cream is advertised as enough for two, but really only enough for one.....or we just like our sweets.

Great place to stop for a lunch. Just out of taupo town so out of all the traffic. Plenty of parking off the road. Service very good and meals delicious and tasty.Staff friendly
