Lone Star in Northlands is just really great for dining. Nice atmosphere, usually promptly served at the bar, and even if service to table is a bit slow it's often excellent and the food is great. Nice selection of drinks on offer. Food is reasonably priced as well.

My fave Lone Star location by a long shot! Spacious restaurant with fab food, great atmosphere and heaps of relics from the old building that was demolished after the earthquakes. One of my go-to restaurants on a night out

The prawn and rice dish is very delicious! The milky bar pudding is a tad too sweet. Service in the restaurant itself leaves some to be desired.

Great place. Very worthwhile to sign up for they're app. Get free deserts and even a free meal on your birthday.

Highly recommend the Dixie chicken, the loaf and creme brûlée! Always taste amazing!
