Lone Star Cafe & Bar

My family really really love this place and the selection of meats and side dishes was wonderful I on the other hand as a vegetarian felt a little under catered for and opted for some wedges with some sauce so I didn't go starving at least , prices ok family will definitely go back.

The food is amazing. Portions are huge. Meals are roughly $30+ ea. The botany one has friendly staff.

We dined here late on Thursday night and although the place was quite empty, staff were friendly and very happy to serve us from the bar menu. Food came out quickly and we were able to eat and sit around chatting without feeling like we were about to be pushed out the door when we became the last there. Would recommend.

friendly welcome on the front desk, but wasn't to satisfied with service in the restaurant. The waitress must not have written my order down correctly and my salad was covered in anchovies!! I spent most of the night picking them out unfortunately. She then forgot about us the rest of the night and had to ask if we could see the desert menu, we were then left with our desert dishes in front of us for 30min before we had to ask to see the bill. Little bit dissatisfied with the service when we normally get great service at the other Lone Stars

Love the fist full of pizza, and dixie chicken - can't beat the sauce! Service could be better. Prices seem to have increased quite a bit, and the restaurant was pretty quiet compared to a couple of years ago.
