Had the most average service from a staff member at Harcourts Taupo. We were seriously considering moving and were looking for commercial premises and residential accommodation. We advised we were on a time crunch and had to go back to Auckland. The person we dealt with was rude, was in no hurry to help us and seemed very disinterested in working with us. He even implied what we could and could not afford without even discussing the finer details with us as we could get no where with him. They were suggested to us by someone at the council so we passed the feedback on about our disappointing experience and after getting absolutely no where decided it was going to be far to hard to get anywhere.. Was such a shame. If we look at making this move again in the future I will not tolerate that sort of carry on again.

As a buyer I need an agent that will look after me. The agents at Harcourts are wonderful!!! Totally friendly and knowledgeable about the propert market. Pleasure to do business with. Go out of their way to help you secure that dream home
