This outlet is situated in South City Mall. I had no issue with car parking. Store layout was good. Bought a pair of leather shoe for work. Staff was helpful in helping me get the correct size. Friendly customer service!

Great quality shoes for the whole family, great range

Good range of shoes, but hard to get taken seriously when returning a faulty pair. Have had to return the same style X2 times due to poor construction materials and technique, but the store refuses to trade for another pair of a similar value. They will only exchange for the exact same dodgy type or a cheaper version. I am sure it's not normal for something that sold as a school shoe to last just 2 months before the soles wear out or come off. Hence the dissatisfied review.
