Very good range of shoes. I like to buy Hush Puppies and Hannahs had a good range and good prices. The shop assistant was very patient and obliging. Tried to sell me polish but I declined. Seems to be a feature of selling shoes to try and get you to buy something else.

Good range of shoes, but hard to get taken seriously when returning a faulty pair. Have had to return the same style X2 times due to poor construction materials and technique, but the store refuses to trade for another pair of a similar value. They will only exchange for the exact same dodgy type or a cheaper version. I am sure it's not normal for something that sold as a school shoe to last just 2 months before the soles wear out or come off. Hence the dissatisfied review.
