I've used this company several times and have found them helpful and professional. They are now my company of choice for cleaning our soft furnishings as they are reliable and seem to do a good, thorough job. They provide a good, efficient service with direct, clear communication. We haven't used their pick up and drop off but usually drive the curtains and blinds to them. They've also done re-stringing of roman blinds for us and do a really excellent job of that.
