I called on Wednesday and placed my order like I have done for the past over a year, pretty much twice a week spending atleast $10 but I was rudely hung up on after placing my order and no “thank you, see you soon” OR ANYTHING. I called tonight to place an order when they said I need to pay for it, and I’m not when I got treated like absolute dirt. I am standing here now trying to sort it out, and they aren’t having a bar of it, the service is absolutely trash.
My whole family has been coming here for along time, but clearly they are not suited well for their customer service skills.
