      Stayed here for a weekend with my family, the room was nice the tv wasn't working but they replaced it without drama. the restaurant was great value for money and the staff at front desk were really nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again if we're in town.

      One of the top hotels in Rotorua. They have a great reputation for a reason. High attention to detail in terms of cleaning, decor and assisting customers. Definitely recommend staying here - have never had a bad experience here.

      I enjoy staying here. Staff are curteous and very friendly. It's one of the better in the copthorne chain. The sheets here a extra silky and the dinning area is very spacious.thermal spas and it's really clean. Enjoyed our stay

      We stayed here for the marathon. Our room was clean and tidy, but a little bit tired looking. The breakfast buffet was ok and very convenient. Check in and check out process was easy and friendly. All over ok hotel, but nothing more.
