Copthorne Hotel Rotorua

I enjoy staying here. Staff are curteous and very friendly. It's one of the better in the copthorne chain. The sheets here a extra silky and the dinning area is very spacious.thermal spas and it's really clean. Enjoyed our stay

Great staff and management with a church service for all held each Sunday. Great restaurant for functions here too with a Maori warrior out front

Decor was a bit tired but tidy. Good service and comfortable beds. Convenient location.

It's an adequate hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. They have a decent buffet breakfast with good cold options as well.The rooms are a bit rundown but we stayed in there for one night only so it was alright. We had to walk through outdoor area to access our room which would be interesting if it rains!

We stayed here last month for the weekend was a great place though the neighbouring rooms were a little loud. Awesome heated pool for the kids to swim
