Copthorne Hotel Rotorua

Location was quiet and accessible too. Rooms were cozy and spacious.

We stayed here for a night as a more affordable alternative compared to the Millennium Hotel. The location was further away from Rotorua city centre. The room was spacious and bright. Bathroom was clean. Bed was so comfortable! Hotel staff were hospitable and professional.

Hired the restaurant out for my nans 80th, also booked them a room. Was very nice. Staff were great and food was delicious.

Stayed here recently, the heated pool and spas were great, the rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable, priced accordingly.

We stayed here for the marathon. Our room was clean and tidy, but a little bit tired looking. The breakfast buffet was ok and very convenient. Check in and check out process was easy and friendly. All over ok hotel, but nothing more.
