      We bought a washing machine that was faulty and were very disappointed that the manager refused to honour the warranty (he said there was "nothing in it for them if they honoured the warranty!"). They refused to give our money back but instead gave us a smaller older machine which didn't suit our needs. We ended up losing hundreds of dollars and had to buy another machine from elsewhere. Our dealings with Cares Appliances in the past had been excellent however - so they are usually a good company - until something goes wrong!
