Friendly staff and great services. Situated next to the Warehouse and Pak n Save, very convenient location. The lake is also just a short walk away. The facilities are quite old though and the rooms definitely need renovation.

Stayed here our last visit to taupo and enjoyed it. Rooms were good and staff were helpful. Electric blankets were a treat because we dont have them at home. Would stay again

We stayed here on the night it snowed. The room was chilly and heater didn't really work that well but the beds were comfortable and had electric blankets so everyone was warm enough.
