Paul, the tech was prompt, friendly and knew just what he was doing. I started off with a so so experience but the speed with which Jade organized for it to be fixed was amazing.

Fantastic and prompt service. Called in the morning for a blocked drain outside laundry and they were able to come out withing 45 mins to unblock. Highly recommended.

This is the first time we have used BT and we were very pleased with their service. Extremely helpful and helped us to troubleshoot to sort out our issue. Happy to recommend them.

Excellent Service arrived at the appointed time fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.Same day service! Great work minimum if any mess.
