- Job: Change the discharge valve of the gas heater.
Nearly $800 dollars for 2 small services!! The whole situation was messy they contractor was working in a slow manner including a talk to a mate in my car park. Did not know what the service was (even though he got the email with the job description), was argumentative.
I could go on and on how you should not take their services but the pricing may talk for itself, nearly $800!!! FOR WHAT I CONSIDER TWO SMALL JOBS!
Because I placed a complaint I NOTICED Francis rather rude/sharp and wanted to discuss the whole thing in the car park, he was very argumentative and put me in a very comfortable situation as a customer. According to PT this price is discounted for their mock up, imagine what they would have charged in full? You make the call, I wont recommend.
I paid $150 for the certificate of compliance (should we "Buy" certificates when you are paying them a huge call out fee and per hour work to get it checked? As well as around $250 for a small valve they replaced) the rest of the cost are the hours they spent in my house doing something they could have finished in 1 hour!

Excellent Service arrived at the appointed time fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.Same day service! Great work minimum if any mess.

Plumber was efficient and on time which was Good. Wasn't a big job but it needed to be done or the floor would be wrecked otherwise. He solved the leak and replaced the piping.
