Auckland Co-Op Taxis

This website says they have 10 seater vans - but when you call to order one so you can transport 10 people, they tell you the most they can carry is 9 and therefore you need to order a van and a car. But wait! doesn't that mean my fare will double ? Of course it does, its called upselling and the easiest way to increase turnover. And then they send 3 cars because there are no vans available (even when you book it 3 hours in advance) So now our fare has increased from $100 to $300!!! Really Auckland Coop? Do you seriously think the general public are that stupid ?

Friendly staff, excellent service, quick response. Will definitely use this service again.

got a ride from the airport with this company, wasnt too bad.

While not the cheapest (though also not the most expensive), can't fault them for service. Customer service people on the ph are fantastic and help get you where you need to be - I've heard them scold tardy drivers over the comms for keeping me waiting.

After being informed it was a busy period I was told I would have a taxi arrive in 30-45 minutes, and that they would call me to notify me of the arrival. It is now 90 minutes later, and I have yet to receive any reply. Any time I would have saved from the hour (walk time) journey is now long gone. Needless to say, I'll be looking elsewhere for more reliable cabs next time.
