I have been using them for my business trips for so many times and they are very reliable. Drivers are very talkative and friendly.

Horrible experience. Exceptionally rude staff who couldn't care less about their customers.

This weekend we were heading to an event and pre-ordered (about an hour a head of time). At 1 pm one cab turned up, we checked with the taxi driver who said if we had booked more cars they would be there shortly.

So a few people got going. Then one of the group left behind called to say no more cabs had arrived, 25 mins later.

I called co-op and again spoke to Patricia who was unconcerned that our booking hadn't arrived. She eventually said she would try and send a car now, when I asked how far it would be so I could tell the waiting group she said another 40 mins (more than a full hour from the booked time). When I expressed incredulity I was hung up on. Eventually spoke to a very bored sounding Manager and experienced more of the same rudeness and total lack of customer care.
