Excellent top class service. I have had shoes resoled and repaired and the standard was superb. I have recently bought a pair of Grisport walking boots and they are simply brilliant. The owner is clearly extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody. Cheers.

Destroyed my boots, they are now only good for the bin. Went to Napier store to get heel glued back to one of my boots, said could also put nail in heel to make more sturdy. When went to see if ready he'd taken the sole completely off. There was no reason to remove the sole it was only the heel that had come away. I would never have agreed to this. When I dropped the boots off there wasn't a mark on them but as you can see from the pictures when I picked them up all the material was snagged and coming away. The worst damaged boot is actually the one that didn't need fixing. Totally heartbreaking and still feel sick at what's happened. There was no need to remove either sole, I only wanted one heel glued.
