Rockshop

Worse shop ever. I have left my violin there for let it fix it,and they have keep it for 2 weeks without give any information about how was going the work on my violin. They leave the music player without their instruments and they don't even rent a second instrument for let thir clients play and than,as a violinist with experience,I have to say that the prices of their violins are definitely too much compared with their quality.
Ridicolous. The stuff is not even friendly and they have a double face, smiling in front of you and doing bullshit when you are not there.
They said "no more than 5 days" and today,18 July 2018,I still have to wait for have my violin back. They don't have organization and the service that i have got it was very bad.
No respect.
No organization.
They don't give right informations about how they work.
They leave their clients in this situation and they just say " is not my fault"
Is this a service?

Very cool hip shop. You instantly want to try out all the equipment/instruments the moment you step inside. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Needs improving both in shop and staff service. Not exactly following standard shop quality
