      I have found PBT incredibly slow. Packages can sit in their depot for days and sometimes even get in the van only to return to depot. If I know an online store uses his company I now wont buy from that store. I have also had experience of the driver signing for goods as if they were me!

      Great courier service. Friendly and lovely ladies in the office. Never had a problem sending packages with these guys and I have sent many. Highly recommend.
