I tend to get ingored every time I go into this shop, like I dont have money to spend, terrible customer services, should try smiling and saying hello to everybody and not pick and chose

I purchased a beautiful locket from here. They have lots of stunning things. I have always found the staff to be very clued on and a great help.

Poor service from staff here. The jewellery itself is beautiful, but this store in particular is uninviting and pushes a lot of customers away. Had a lot to spend after receiving insurance pay out for jewellery, but was treated very poorly so I left and went elsewhere.

The jewellery is beautiful and modern, something for everyone.
Prices are higher than other jewellery chain stores but i feel like the personalised service and ongoing benefits are worth spending a little more for.
Staff are friendly and always greet you on entering the store.
My partner bought my engagement ring from there and whenever i want it cleaned they are happy to do it, they are also very helpful with the routine services and I've only had amazing experiences with them.
I have also purchased gifts and jewellery for myself on quite a few occasions and i feel like the sales person really listened to my story and found the perfect piece while respecting my budget limitations.
