Service is poor compared to how it use to be years ago. Store is still beautiful as is all the jewellery they have for sale. But for the price of the items staff should be trained on how to treat customers correctly.

Was very unimpressed with the staff and service here. We were looking to buy an engagement ring but they treated us like we couldn't afford it because we are young. Won't be coming back here. Much better jewellers out there

Not a helpful sales person. I had to approach the sales person who was just standing at the counter not attending to customers. Then she leaves me to assist another person when she hadnt even addressed what i was asking.Very discriminating, judgemental service.Make sure you look like you got money otherwise the customer service is very poor.

The sales people are definatly on commision as they can be pushy at times, but it also means they know their product and have a little wiggle room with prices. I will always go to MH first before i go anywhere else to check their prices/stock.

Staff was very helpful in finding just the right pendent recently for a birthday present. Wasn't the greatest selection available, but none the less, we found the perfect piece.
