Extremely pleasant and informative and understanding receptionist and PA. However, hamstrung by the profession's inability to disclose add-on fees. I understand how long is a piece of string, but when I don't know that I might have to pay for the scissors to cut it, the wrapping, the ruler to measure it, etc this is what can be off-putting to a client. It should be mandatory for lawyers to post these details on websites and have them available, after all, what can be the harm in letting your clients know?

My lawyer at Langley twigg is very down to earth and never comes across as superior in anyway. Always explains things so it makes sense to you and never rushes you out the door. Great service!
