Hearing & Balance is independently owned and operated by two Hawke’s Bay practitioners. With more than 20 years combined experience, Dion Hutchinson-Jones and Carly Hensman are committed to improving hearing health across the region. Hearing & Balance offers a range of services including Adult & paediatric hearing tests, Ear wax removal, Tinnitus management, Free hearing aid trials, Hearing aid repairs and more. Our independence is important, because it means we are not aligned to any one hearing aid manufacturer or incentivised to fit a particular brand of product. Every client has individual needs and we provide a range of services and products to meet those specific requirements. Oticon, Phonak, GN Resound, Unitron, Starkey and Widex are just some examples of the brands we offer.
