Store experience is unbeatable when it comes to the layout of the store & the product placement. Everything is easy to browse & the store has such a vast area that it's easy to flow freely throughout the store. Staff here are BRILLIANT, they are very friendly & helpful, always happy & assist whenever you require. There is one staff member who can become a bit too much though. She seems to always make an attempt to be funny or witty but it always falls flat. She will try to relate with the customer by pointing out something about them & then confess about an experience she has had relating to it. But other than that, this store is amazing.

just in the centre of Napier city and staff is always friendly and helpful. but feel like this shop is a little bit small and crowded

Love frequenting this store, layout and store size is great. Staff friendly however the most recent visit store was extremely hot and stuffy it seems the air con is non existent?
