Columbus Coffee

The food and drinks were good but the service was absolutely awful. I had my Entertainment Book app voucher (I've used 100's of these at various retailers and never, ever had an issue) but the staff here insisted that I needed a PAPER voucher (even though it's app only??). She was extremely rude about it and acted as though I was making it up that there is no piece of paper. I ended up needing to leave my name and number because "the accountant will want to ring you!" Another staff member was constantly interrupting when I was ordering with questions about other customers. I was also very disappointed that my toddlers fluffy came in a disposable cup :( We are very environmentally conscious so this did not sit well well with me, and my toddler was gutted that it was actually just a cup of hot milk, no milk foam. We will definitely not be back.

Great service but the food always is the same, which is good because at least you know what you are getting. Lovely sandwiches.

Terrible atmosphere. No smiles from the staff. The food was alright but because of how unwelcome I felt no matter how great the food was it wouldn't make up for it. Coffee was also very average
