Great gym with fantastic instructors, highly recommend. Good classes. They also offer a mums n bubs class which is a great option for taking your children along with you while you work out.

Really good gym nice facilities the equipment is in good nick and you have almost everything you need. Real easy get a park near by and the staff are onto it, always helping out and giving pointers and advice. The changing rooms are good and everything is clean.
