Meno Clinic NZ is a specialised Nutrition and Health Clinic dedicated to supporting women with changing hormones, weight, and sleep challenges during peri-menopause to Post-Menopause. We'll support you in reaching your wellness and health goals with a natural, diet-free approach and gentle lifestyle changes that allow you to live a pain-free, symptom-free, and restriction-free life in Perimenopause and beyond. ​​With more than 15 years of Experience in Women's health and nutrition, and hundreds of women we have helped in the past, we know that everyone's Peri/Menopause experience is different. So, we listen to you and tailor care to your needs. ​​​Our Clinic is based in the heart of Canterbury - Methven. We offer in-person or Virtual appointments.
