We'll support you in reaching your wellness and health goals with a natural, diet-free approach and gentle lifestyle changes that allow you to live a pain-free, symptom-free, and restriction-free life in Perimenopause and beyond. With more than 15 years of Experience in Women's health and nutrition, and hundreds of women we have helped in the past, we know that everyone's Peri/Menopause experience is different. So, we listen to you and tailor care to your needs. Our Clinic is based in the heart of Canterbury - Methven. We offer in-person or Virtual appointments.
