I had to use this vet for my cat in an emergency I found the staff supportive and informative and excellent follow up care. Recently I have had to use them for my old dog of 15 yrs the usual vet was not there. The locum was just as good helpful and informative. It is great that you are offered choices and kept well informed. I highly recommend this service
