Listen up !! Stuff the big franchises, this shop is the bomb !! Christmas Eve and my 86 year old father's tv wouldn't work. Do you think SKY was helpful(computer says ....no). Dick(appropriately named) Smith JB Hi fi left town, Heathcotes reasonable but no help apart from referring me to these crackers. Sold me the connection I needed at a discount, and then sent a guy round to help my ageing father out,so he could enjoy his festive season. Absolutely brilliant service....Thank You ! I shall definitely consider making the trip across to Matamata to buy my next TV. Simon.
