Had great service from the team at this shop. They booked me in quickly for a service visit to check out my washing machine. The guy was friendly gave thoughtful advice re not repairing because it would be uneconomical. They offered some other options for replacement and left me to my decision. I didn't buy their second hand but went somewhere else for brand new. Love that they have eftpos available on a callout.

Poor customer service, The lady owner here in store is super RUDE .. Rude to customers and her staff. I wouldn't ever use their service again .. Not a nice look
