Really highly recommend this motel for families. We had an upstairs unit which was spacious. The facilities for kids here are amazing. There is a pool (it is a wee bit cold), spa pool, spring free trampoline, swings, seesaws, basketball hoop and soccer goals plus heaps of ride ons. So much fun for the kids. Really handy location to as it is pretty close to the shops.

We stayed here during our visit to Hobbiton. Room was neat and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and shared their local knowledge with us. We had a pleasurable stay.
