Matakana Cinemas Limited

A small cinema but love the glamorous setting with a grand chandelier. A great place to be after visiting and Matakana market on Saturdays.

Has 3 different cinemas from very small and cosy to bigger. Right in the township so walk to your favourite restaurant or go to the pub for drinks. Also drinks available in the cinema complex and you can bring your wine inside.
The cinemas have all different atmospheres, one has ceiling full with roses.
Popular movies are shown. A bit pricey.

We love this cinema! Very well priced considering it is a boutique cinema. I enjoy being able to take a glass of wine in from the Vintry too :)

Never been to a cinema like this before - there were flowers on the ceiling! Only a small cinema (3 different rooms), but each room itself has plenty of seating. So unique - amazing experience.

Amazing boutique cinemas! Doesn't matter what movie you see.The experience are the wonderfully designed theater. I only wish the big cinemas are like this
