Great large store,always well stocked and full of friendly staff, lots of free parking available out the front. Super helpful when you need a hand, also the bonus of selecting all your start of year school books for the kids online then just picking up the order in store all ready to go!

Served by a young girl who said *hold on I'll just go and check* with every question I put to her. In the end she just got the manager who treated me in a patronising way as if I was making a drama. I definitely wasn't. I didn't ask for the manager. I was asked to stand aside so others could be served as she stood next to someone else waiting to get my query in. All 4 behind the desk looked about 20. They where disorganised and competing with each other for certain jobs. It's OK if you know what you want and don't mind cueing. For goodness sake don't ask a question.
