Unfortunately they are never available to do simple fixes, wait time is always 1-3 weeks, so best to go elsewhere

Went in to get trousers shortened. They said it would take over a week. I'm used to that service being done within hours, not weeks.

Wonderful lady who does amazing work. Other reviews complain about a wait time, but you have to realize shes one woman who offers a service the whole of masterton is after. if you give one star for a wait time, maybe you should just buy new clothes then. If you are patient and kind, you will get amazing repairs in return
