Always bubbly and smiley whenever i go in there, and always ready to help in any way.

I like the new store format, it makes it easier to shop. The shelves are always well stocked and the produce is always fresh. The staff are very helpful when i have trouble finding a product.

Friendly staff. Central to town. But is a small shop and so some deals they have advertised in the mailer they don't always have.

Small little supermarket with limited range but always tidy, clean, and well stocked. They have the essentials that you need and the people who work there are all really quite lovely. Always time stop and make small talk with the regulars. Great atmosphere made by everyone there from the people on the tills to the managers. Bonus is that if they don’t have something stocked in a bigger supermarket, they will quite happily bring it in I have found. Top notch people!

I love how the staff here will always go out the back to find a product that has run out on the shelves like they did today, thankyou countdown staff for making shopping with you guys so easy.
