Honda Cars

It would have been a great buying experience if Honda staff actually communicated with each other!
I bought a cat from here which should have been a relatively easy process which ended up taking 4 weeks because I was given all this different I information from the staff, the salesman was nice, polite and acted like it was so easy but in reality he either told me what I wanted to hear or he didn't listen to me at all
I was led to believe one thing only to be told by another staff member the complete opposite which was annoying because it majorly impacted the finance side of the buying process.
After the sale I was told specifically that the default insurance would expire automatically after 1 week because I chose a private insurer.
Then I get a letter in the mail 4 weeks later stating I owed $400 to Hondas insurer and that I had defaulted on the payments!!
So my car was I insured by my insurer and apparently by there's too!!
What a joke!
One good thing is the interest was very low over a 5 year term and the car has a full mechanical warranty for 5 years.
Proceed with caution when buying and make sure they are clear and accurate when giving information.
