Occasionally have had to return a couple of DVDs that are not going but staff have been really apologetic and given a refund. Service is always friendly and the location is nice and central in the middle of Wainuiomata outside the mall.

Staff are friendly this is also our local postshop. Previously, rentals would occasionly be scratched. However if you notified staff they would refund you / let you get another rental to hire for free. In saying that, the last few dvds have been fine.
