Parking is very cramped so not super easy to get to store - but collection of large item was at the back of store and staff helped to load into car. Collection point was down a dark alleyway which was not the most comfortable.
I asked a staff member if a dishwasher shelf could be lifted - he didn't seem knowledgeable about the product - my partner answered my question.
Price was good so hoping service is better if any issues arise.

very poor customer service i tried to be able to get help with a product i wanted but no one gave me help had to try 6 times before i got someones attention

It was good that you could test out the headphones without staff help as they where pretty busy. Good pricing clean tidy shop.

Everytime is struggle to get an help or even to just purchase something. Often staff aren't very knowledgable or helpful. Clean store and usually have most items in stock

Staff were quick to be helpful and get in what was not currently in stock. I find their prices competitive usually.
