parking is very cramped other than that staff are very welcoming and patient with helping you find the best stuff also there is a whole lot of technology and appliances to chose from.

Shocking customer service rep on today. He should be fired due to his lack of empethatic customer skills that reflects poorly on the company he represents. Dont shop here... they dont refund opened packet headsets. go to queensgate JB Hi fi.. they do and they are cheaper and also offer further discounts. NEVER shopping here again!!! And Ill be telling all my friends and family and posting on all social media websites as well.

Huge store with parking and conveniently placed next to queensgate. Staff are nice and helpful and there is lots of option for products.

This is a very nice store. The staff have great product knowledge and generally are helpful! The parking is quite limited and tight, but nice store.

Parking is very cramped so not super easy to get to store - but collection of large item was at the back of store and staff helped to load into car. Collection point was down a dark alleyway which was not the most comfortable.
I asked a staff member if a dishwasher shelf could be lifted - he didn't seem knowledgeable about the product - my partner answered my question.
Price was good so hoping service is better if any issues arise.
