Liquid Self Service Laundromat

Really disappointed with the service from Arpan dairy who service This laundraumat . I'm not annoyed that one of the dryers took $4 from my key without working cos I know dat sometimes machines just don't function properly , but when I went to pass the feedback on while topping up my key . The man and woman there completely dismissed my feedback and said that does not happen , the dryers won't take your money without working . They thought that was impossible which is a nice thought but I'm telling you it just happened . No offer to even have the dryer checked . There was another dryer also not working , it had a note saying wiggle your key it does work , but it didn't work for me , I told them , no reaction . I wasn't even asking for a refund but they just would not accept my feedback . And that's what you call poor customer service!!!!

This laundromat is ALWAYS spotless, the man in the dairy who manages it is really friendly and he even cleaned up my fabric softener when I accidentally spilt it.
