Very inefficient. They picked up a large item from one address for cash -- driver said they could not supply receipts -- it wasn't. The item wasn't delivered the next day to the destination as they said it would be. It was two days later, after phone calls to find out where it was it showed up a 6 pm in the dark. Then the driver said it was COD and wanted the fee again. Needless to say he was told to confirm with their office that it had been paid. 10 minutes later his boss agreed it had been. No copy of the dispatch and transport docket was supplied. Even the driver said it was very poor communication.

Communication could do with some work but my goods arrived in a timely fashion undamaged.

My parcel went missing for a couple of days and these guys were very good at tracking it down and were hugely apologetic. Nice people.
