Instant Windscreens

Not the best experience!
Dropped our vehicle off at 9am to get the windows tinted and made a point of asking what time they closed as I was leaving for work and needed to ensure I would be back in time to collect my car, the staff advised me 5pm and I when I arrived back before 5pm the garage was locked up with nobody there.
Luckily the contact centre was open and they were able to get somebody down to the garage to get me my vehicle after waiting out in the cold for nearly an hour.
I’m shocked that this business would close up shop without even calling a customer who’s car was still clearly in their possession especially when they are closing earlier than what they should be.
No after care information was given which meant I had to contact them again the following day to follow up.
Not great!
