      HVDHB needs to do a much better job at laying out business cases for more funding. There are clearly not enough staff, the hospital is run down and staff are working stupid hours from my observation as a patient.

      These guys do a steller service given the resources that they have to hand. Some of their hospitals could do with a refresh and they are deserving of more funds. But all in all good stuff Tu Meke!
